Stock and delivery planning
Catalog availability is not a live stock commitment. We confirm supplier availability and the expected shipping schedule during the quote and order process. Timing depends on stock, configuration work, the destination and the agreed payment arrangements.
Your quote specifies freight charges and any agreed delivery services. Provide receiving hours, contact details and requirements for appointments, liftgates, loading docks, inside delivery or installation. These services are not included unless stated.
Shipment updates and tracking
We share tracking and shipment information when available. An order may arrive in multiple shipments, including direct shipments from fulfillment partners. Label creation is not confirmation that the carrier has received the goods.
If a shipment is delayed, we communicate the revised timing when known and the available options. Where applicable law requires your agreement to a shipping delay or cancellation and refund, those requirements apply. Contact us if you do not receive an expected update.
At delivery
Check the number and visible condition of packages. Note damage or discrepancies on the carrier record where possible, photograph the packaging and retain the labels and packing materials. Check the part numbers and quantities against the packing list promptly.
For a missing delivery, damaged item or shortage, contact BPC as soon as it is discovered with the order reference. Follow the claim instructions and any deadlines supplied with your order. Do not send a package to the headquarters address without return instructions.
Changes and additional services
Contact us before changing a delivery location, refusing a delivery or requesting carrier rerouting. We will check the available options and any disclosed additional charges. International delivery, special handling, staging and installation require an agreed scope.
