Quote and inquiry forms collect the contact and organization details you enter, product or project requirements, delivery information, timing preferences and your message. Account functions collect the information needed to establish and manage your account. Submitted requests are saved in our business records and routed to BPC’s customer service team.

Do not submit payment-card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, credit documents or sensitive information about other people through the general forms. Financing inquiries request project information; a provider handles any separate credit application.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to respond, prepare quotes, coordinate requested services, administer accounts and orders, address problems and protect the website. Requests may be handled by personnel supporting BPC within Benchmark.

Service providers supporting hosting, communications and security may process information for those functions. When needed to fulfill your requested transaction, relevant information may be shared with manufacturers, suppliers, shipping providers or a financing provider. Separate provider applications and websites have their own notices. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect lawful rights.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies support account sign-in, session security and site functions. Your quote list is stored in this browser so it can remain available while you browse. The cookie notice stores your preference in this browser for up to 180 days. Clearing browser storage removes the saved choice and may remove the quote list.

Optional analytics and advertising cookies are not enabled in this storefront release. The notice offers Essential only and Accept all; because no optional categories are active, both currently retain only the essential storage described here. Adding optional tracking requires a new notice and consent controls before that tracking runs. Use Cookie choices in the footer to reopen the notice.

You can also manage cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary storage may affect sign-in or persistence of your quote list. Hosting and security services may maintain technical logs such as requests, network addresses and browser information to operate and protect the service.

Records, security and requests

Requests and related correspondence remain in our business records. Retention depends on the transaction, support needs and applicable recordkeeping obligations. This notice does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period.

Contact BPC to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. We will assess the request, verify identity as appropriate and explain applicable rights or recordkeeping exceptions. Send only the information needed to describe your request initially.

The site uses HTTPS for form transmission and access controls for saved records. No system can guarantee complete security. Contact us if you believe your account or information has been affected.

Corporate, manufacturer, financing and support links may take you to separate websites governed by their own notices. This storefront is intended for business purchasing and is not directed to children.
