Quote and inquiry forms collect the contact and organization details you enter, product or project requirements, delivery information, timing preferences and your message. Account functions collect the information needed to establish and manage your account. Submitted requests are saved in our business records and routed to BPC’s customer service team.
Do not submit payment-card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, credit documents or sensitive information about other people through the general forms. Financing inquiries request project information; a provider handles any separate credit application.
How information is used and shared
We use this information to respond, prepare quotes, coordinate requested services, administer accounts and orders, address problems and protect the website. Requests may be handled by personnel supporting BPC within Benchmark.
Service providers supporting hosting, communications and security may process information for those functions. When needed to fulfill your requested transaction, relevant information may be shared with manufacturers, suppliers, shipping providers or a financing provider.
